‘Tis the season for flu vaccine! Every year we get calls from people asking if there is a link between the flu vaccine and Alzheimer’s disease. This is an idea that came about more than a decade ago and has been debunked many times over.
Fact: Several mainstream studies link flu shots and other vaccinations to a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease and overall better health! For example:
- – A report in the Nov. 3, 2004, Journal of the American Medical Association found that annual flu shots for older adults were associated with a reduced risk of death from all causes.
– A 2001 Canadian Medical Journal report suggests older adults who were vaccinated against diphtheria or tetanus, polio, and influenza seemed to have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease than those not receiving these vaccinations.
The bottom line is that you should speak to your doctor about whether or not you should get a flu vaccine this year and don’t let fears of Alzheimer’s risk stop you!

QUESTIONS TO ASK OURSELVES
1. What vaccination-Alzheimers link clinical trials have been done totally independently, without big pharma personnel involved?
2. If the causes of Alzheimer's is neither understood nor known, how does the medical community completely dismiss any possible factor as a link?
3. How do the big pharmas know which influence strains are forthcoming each year to clue them in as how to formulate
the vaccination?
4. What other preservatives besides thimerosal (a derivative of mercury a known potent toxin) is in the vaccination substance?
[An insert in each packaged vaccine reads: "The 5-multidose vial formujlation contains thimerosal, a mercury derivative added as a preservative."]
5. The printed insert also says:"The safety and immunogenicity of Flu/Virin have not been establish in children under 4 years of age." /// Yet we know that flu vaccines are urged on babies. /// And does one know if an infant has an egg allergy or not — that can cause major medical issues, severe allergic reactions such as deafness and anaphylatic shock . . .
Contraindications noted on the insert, as in warnings and precautions: Gujillain-Barre syndrome.
Also: DO NOT give flu vaccine simultaneously with other vaccines (which we know pediatricians do)
6.How many millions of dollars do big pharmaceutical companies annually profit from urging repeated and repeated vaccinations, whether they can be proved safe or not? And how much money do the pharmas donate to politicians, the FDA, and the CDC? P.S. These companies have legislated themselves free of liabilities.
7. If there is no way to prove that the injection of more and more vaccinations to human beings are truly safe and have no connection to other serious, major illnesses, how is it that announcements can be made that it is certain that no bad links exist?
8. And finally, how many of you have lived with a loved one, even the love of your life, who has suffered years and years of the impossible-to-describe horrors and pain of Alzheimer's disease?
Even with the slightest doubt about toxic harm to the brain, who would take the chance of flu vaccine after flu vaccine, year after year? Next to Alzheimer's disease, flu and even death from flu is a grain of sand on the beach.
